In my case, this condition won't work. please see the below:
SWTB : 8am and condition says if employee comes >5 mint late in that case, late will be marked. But, if employee Punch-In before SWTB (for example, he punches in at 7am,) in that case, system will read his punch in as SWTB i.e. 8 am.
HRS = PBEG (7AM)
HRS-SWTB (8 AM)
HRS?0.08333 (IF i will subtract, condition won't fulfill)

As you said we need to take 99 wage type for payroll Saudi Arabia.
do we need to change the UGR & the enterprise structure to 99??

Hi Raji
For Saudi Arabia the country groupings for payroll used is MOL 99 as there's no country specific payroll and wherever the country groupings are required use 99 and not 24. Don't link copying of wage types with country grouping just take model wage types which are available ex: MO20 Salary in transaction code PU30 and copy to customer wage type. You can use the user group in parameters as 24 which can be used for actions but for Molga I recommend u to use 99 at any cause.

My client is using SAP since 2008 under country grouping 99 and now wants to use the KSA Payroll Localisation released by SAP under country grouping 24.
As a first step, We wanted to create new personal areas and assign that to Country grouping 24 so that with the help of a Personal Action, we could move the employees from 99 to 24 country grouping.
Now we are facing a challenge since the new personal area when assigned to the same company code, the country grouping can either remain as 99 or 24 for all personal areas to the same company code ie...when assigning 24 to the new personal area, the old personal areas linked to the same company code are also getting assigned to 24 which will affect our existing configuration.
Please advice the best way to implement the Localization without disturbing the old configurations.

For that this pcr will be inserted by P2006 Function after Function ' CUMBT' and 'QUOTA' in schema

Thanks to Sahir and Simuli. I resolved my issue. The SAP standard application configuration HRMSS_EMP_OVERPPROFILE where the link Related Links is assigned the Role = MSS and Instance = RELATED_ACTIVITY1 (with a 1 at the end) and I was assuming that it should be RELATED_ACTIVITY as it is the standard. Now I made the appropriate changes and it is working fine.

Hi Ashok,
While hiring an employee whatever position id is entered in the Actions info type that will be defaulted in info type 0001 but there would be an assignment field where you can enter any other position id and distribute the percentage among the position id's. - Refer Picture 1.
Even if there are more than one position assignment against an employee only which ever is entered in 0000 info-type will be seen in the 0001 info-type but you can see in the org structure option any other position the employee occupying is occupying. - Refer Picture 2 & 3.
Also against the position in the transaction code PP02 - check for the relationship A 008 where it will display the holders occupying the position and the corresponding percentage.
Hope the above information clears your doubt.

I deleted some personnel areas but it still shows up in T001P and other tables where PSA is linked in SE16. Though, it does not show in SM30. Looks like somewhere, it is still storing the link between PA and PSA. I remember not deleting the PSAs but only the PAs. How can I delete the PSAs?

Hi Juliana,
I assume you deleted the personnel area in some table rather than using the tool in transaction EC10, which is the only way you should create (as copy) and even more importantly delete personnel areas? When using that tool there shouldn't be any residuals.
Best it would be for you to re-create a dummy entry for the deleted personnel area and then delete it again with transaction EC10.
I assume you made sure there are no personnel records left with the old personnel areas in their master data or payroll results? Iven leavers. If there are, you shouldn't even delete them as it's creating corrupt data. In that case, just limit their validity period with SAP's new feature as demonstrated in this article:Validity Period for SAP HR Enterprise and Employee Structure
When creating or deleting PA, PSA, EG, ESG in future, please use the tools here in the IMG, unless you have a very good reason not to andyou really really know ahat you are doing on a process and technical level:

I though about LSMW but the problem with LSMW is that recording for an individual employee will not capture the leaving action sequence including delimiting health care schemes , etc which can be different for individual employees .We have several combinations of these so its a bit complicated.
I was wondering if there is a SAP std program that will simulate the PA40 leaving action including the infogrpoup sequence to delimit health care schemes , misc plans , loans etc that are associated with individual employees as part of leaving action.This way we can be rest assured that by using this program we dont have to go back to individual records and carry out additional step to delimit additional infotype records such as health plans etc as part of leaving action.
Is there any solution as per the above requirement?

The issue is in the workflow settings which are to be maintained properly so that the data will get populated in the workflow.
Please find the screen shots of sample workflow settings and do ask the workflow consultant to look into this issue and the same can be resolved easily.
