1st thanks for the reply

 

i am doing a test the in our development system

 

the taxable amount is just £20 and £30 and so on

 

but for the same EE if i create a IT0442 record then i am able to see my custom wagetype values

 

i am suspecting i might be missing any processing, cumulation and evaluation class

 

do i have to select evaluation class 11 - which is taxable benefits and then run the report RPUTBFG0 to convert it to cumulation class into the table VC_596A_D


i have assigned the cumulation class manually into the table VC_596A_D


please advice

That constant (CFCHK) was created by SAP and is not in the Customer Number Range.

In my system (Country code = 07), that constant exists only for Country code 15 with the description "Check on tax number IT0021" and the value of 1.00 .

 

Before changing such a constant (which is not recommended), you should research where it is used, document your findings and why you require to make a change to it, do the change in your development environment and make the appropriate tests afterwards before transporting the change to QAT (and eventually to PRD).

 

Note that if you change the value of that constant, you may need to change it again the next time you update your system (HRSP/Stacks) since SAP may overwrite it's value, and may decide to use it for other purposes.

Requirement:

For confirmed employees 12 days has to credit in Absence Quota.

 

Configuring:

 

I have to Query the confirmed employees and for those employees i have to generate quota.

 

Questions:

 

1. How to query Contract Type (IT0016)

2. How to query the Month wise.  Please find the below PCR

We are using TE with negative time and thus no clock in or out....

 

The idea with checking start and end time seems to be the way here...

Tania,

 

Apologies - The error was in NUM=1, I had mistakenly maintained spaces in a wrong way. Now since I have corrected the spaces and HAVE NOT DELETED PRINT&, The PY is running correctly but just to remind you - We have maintained AMT/26 instead of AMT/ VAR9. Which I dont want to hardcode as 26 is not stable for every month

 

As you had asked for: Sharing the screen capture of variable table.

And to add upon: The PY run is for March 2014 for a test employee who is present for the entire month (in other ways: who is not absent for any day)

Hi Sven,

 

Thank you for your reply... yes, I am more worried about the ripple effects when I change IT0003 records and in some case historic records...

 

The issue we are facing is that we have all global employee's records marked at VIEKN = 07.

Now that we are implementing ESS, we see Canadian version of all screens (Personal Data, Address, Family/Dependent Data).

 

If I make the VIEKN field = blank (entire IT0003 record and without split from go-live date), then I am able to get a generic screen but then I am not sure what effects it may cause with other infotypes.

 

Are you aware about how VIEKN links with other infotypes?

Check your Time Evaluation log, because all Daily Work Schedules are configured with basic time In/Out, and Absences should enable you to identify those who are not "at work" between 2AM and 3AM.

I could make the field TItle for AR optional. But when not selecting title, it gives the error entry does not exist in table T522G. When i enter title value it saves fine. the name comes as Ttile FN and LN. Business wants either to hide this field completely or make it optional. Do not want title to Prefix FN and LN.

 

Any help???

Is there a reason you still want/need their "personal" email once they are assigned a company email ID? Is the company email not the one you will be using from there onward?

For Ex- Employee Number 2014

 

He is having basic of 8400

He is having VDA      2500

 

 

He is exceeding 10000 Bonus maximum limit and for him it should show as bonus not eligible for him but in the system standard report pc00_m40_bons is considering for bonus and giving amount of 8400.

 

We have checked in the program debugging mode it is considering only basic salary of 8400 for bonus calculation and not at all taken into consideration of VDA. If VDS is taken into consideration he will be skipped from bonus calculation. /120 wage type having only Basic pay 8400 for all the 12 months

 

Annual cumlation amount 1,00,800 is coming (8400*12Months=100800)

 

But annual should come as 8400+2500=10,900(10900*12 months=130800)

Quota Deduction

Hi,

 

I have a situation where I have an absence type called "School Governor Leave", this absence type has a counting rule attached to it which in turn has a deduction rule which I have then assigned to a quota called "School Governor Leave". I generate this quota through a PCR in time evaluation. The problem I have is that a small percentage of my workforce are Relief employees who have an ESG grouping of 4 and a PSG grouping of 08. I don't generate a quota for my relief employees, instead I manage their entitlement through a time balance (V_T559P), this is beacuse I base their entitlement on the amount of relief hours they work over a three month period. Also the business doesn't want Reliefs to have a physical quota.

 

When it comes to entering "School Governor Leave" into IT2001 for my Relief employees it won't let me as there isn't an absence quota. All the other subgroups I have are also on a PSG grouping of 08 and there isn't the facility to create one absence type and have it behave differently accross different ESG grouping in T554S.....or is there?

 

I don't want to have a seperate absence type for my Relief employees, does anyone have any solutions?

Thank you! I ended up using Bookings Per Participant (LSO_RHXBUCH0) and that did the trick!

 

For anyone who's interested, I also ended up using Attendee's Training History (ZTE12) to get more columns / additional information in my extracted report (stuff like org units). It was a bit more manual labor - I had to use Bookings Per Participant to get a list of all the ID codes then used the clipboard to generate an additional report in Attendee's Training History. After a few vlookups and some Excel work, I had the report I needed.

Hi Naresh,

 

Subtype 0010 is for "Work E-mail." What you're looking for is subtype 0030, "Private E-Mail Address." If you need to keep a record in infotype 0105 of employees' personal email addresses (and I can conceive of reasons for this, though we don't do it here), this is the subtype you're looking for.

 

We actually did create a custom subtype Z008 for "Personal E-mail" though I'm not sure why we did that when there's a delivered one that seems to fit the bill. Again, though, we don't use it, or at least not very much.

Thanks Margaret. My client is one of the largest breweries in the world so very brand heavy. They are leaning towards internal hosting so they can have more ownership in when changes are made to the site. Very helpful info and will share. Thanks Again.
