This error "RABAX_STATE" means there is a short dump in the system. Check transaction ST22 to help you identify the problem

 

Please Implement SAP note 1164228 or apply package SAPKB71007.


After applying this note , if you are getting the same error , please let me know .

Thank you Connie. But if we use curriculum, we can do the follow-up for each course. But our requirement is to follow-up each day of the course schedule.

 

As per the current system, we are able to follow-up for that course, but client is asking day-wise follow-up. This is required to adjust the attendance as well in IT2001.

 

Please suggest.

Hi Sankarsan,

 

After maintaining TS 7 , Time Eval was fine but quota not generated. All respective table has no data after actual run.

 

Forced Calc as of 01.04.2015 and Eval upto 31.03.2016 in PT60 screen:

let me ask what type or format of documentations that  the tester should  give to me after finishing the testing process. is there any known document for that purpose.

Hi Niladri,

 

Check your quota generation rule and quota generation would be increased radio button.

 

But Niladri i would suggest you go with TM04 schema which would be give you more flexibility for future scenario for the client.

 

Check and tell me.

It's depend upon the testing consultant design process.

 

Kind of process and business wise test result he will give it to you with pass and fail result.

Thanks Scott for the info that it is optional to set an e.p.r date for time evaluation. However, one qstn still lasts- how far back the system will run a recalculation if there is change in time data  for a date earlier than the recalculation date of payroll (in your case- 1/1/2009). How will it be  addressed in payroll.

 

Also pls get back to us if are able to find the reason why the e.p.r date was not set in your implementation. It will be worth a read..

Hiding infotypes in PA61 screen

Dear friends,

 

There are some infotypes irrelevant to my client business requirement in PA61 screen as below. How to hide this?

 

I think Screen modification may be reqd. Is there any implication for this ?

Time Infotype Status Blank for filled data in PA61

Dear Friends,



Wherever data in an infotype exists for an employee , it is displayed by a green check mark .


It's fine in PA30 screen but for time infotype in PA61 there's a deviation ,


For an employee I've absence data in IT2001, but it is not checked by green tick.

Need to know the reason for this deviation . Although it is not a serious issue , still eager to know the root cause for this.

Absence Quota Generation - TQTA Vs RPTQTA00

I found some diffrence between the quota generated through PT60-TQTA and quota generated through RPTQTA00 for the same Quota Generation rule ( with proper TMgt status and Quota Type )
The following are Quota Gen Rule details
A) Base entitlement :
Base period = Constant : 1.5 Days
Related to period : Other period Monthly
B)Validity interval :
Valid from = Calendar year - Start
To = Time evaluation period - End
Deduction interval
Deduction from = Start of validity interval
Start of validity interval + Relative position = 12 Months
C ) Selection Rule
Accrual period = Time evaluation period
Accrual entitlement = No pro rata calculation
Transfer time = Upon accrual
Rounding rule = ( user defined )
Max entitlement = 18 days
D ) Quota type = Increase
E ) Time Mgt Status = 7

 

RESULTS :

 

1. Time Evaluation
PT60 – TQTA
Evaluation period 01.01.2007 to 31.03.2007

 

Result :

 

01.01.2007 31.01.2007 10 Annual Leave 01.01.2007 01.01.2000 1.50000
01.01.2007 28.02.2007 10 Annual Leave 01.01.2007 01.01.2008 1.50000
01.01.2005 31.03.2007 10 Annual Leave 01.01.2007 01.01.2008 1.50000

 

2. RPTQTA00

 

D ) Quota type = No generation
E ) Time Mgt Status = 9

 

Result
01.01.2007 31.03 2007 10 Annual Leave 01.01.2007 01.01.2008 4.50000

 

As per the above results , it is avident that under QUTQ - month by month are transfered to 2006 where as under RPTQTA00 consolidated quota is transferred to 2006.
I would like to know :
i)the concept behind this quota generation diffrence, though the Gen Ruls is same.
ii)for same type of transfer to 2006, what would be Gen Rule.
iii)Valadity period : from Time Evaluation period and to Time evaluation period does not give the said result.
iv) If any more such concepts come accross, please bring out under the same

Hi,

 

In Standard SAP recruitment only option available is to use the standard report of Vacancies and there is no other report for Job Postings etc.

 

Job Postings are given as and input but do not have any relevance or integration outside SAP.

Dear Gurus;

 

I'm trying to give an employee an absence type but am always getting that error msg No Quota Available for att./abs. XXXX.

 

I've checked all the configuration plus table V_001P_ALL, and everything exists. Can you help me fix it.

Hi Lobna,

 

Have you checked the absence quota value is available for the absence type. If it's available then check the counting rule and int's connection with deduction rule.

 

And after that check that counting has been linked with Absence type or not. Check the following table for the above explanation details.

3.V_554S_Q
